The specific goal of the program is to acquire knowledge and skills regarding to professional behavior, to improve the quality of communication in the business environment for students of social work and social policy, by organizing a set of educational events with practical application. In this way, students will acquire knowledge about the basics of communication in the business world, which are considered a desirable model of behavior in different situations (soft skills). The topics that will be covered are: rules of written communication (by e-mail, through social networks and other means of communication); rules of conduct at business meetings; communication with lead and colleagues; job interview behavior; compliance with the code of ethics; ways of dressing and applying make-up in specific contexts of the work environment etc.
The activities that will be carried out will have an interactive and practical character so that the participants can acquire new knowledge and skills in a less formal atmosphere.
