Conference held regarding the results of the project ‘Strengthening of intergenerational solidarity’ and the premier of the short film of the same name

On Tuesday the 25th May 2021. 2021, in the rooms the Serbian Red Cross in Belgrade, a conference was held in the scope of the project Strengthening of intergenerational solidarity’ conducted by the Center for Support and Inclusion Help net from Serbia in cooperation with the Serbian Red Cross , European group for territorial cooperation TRITIA from Poland, Centre for Social Services Horelica from Slovakia and the Trianon organization from the Czech Republic, with the support from the International Visegrad found.

Men and women on the panel were:

  • Brankica Janković, Equal rights trustee

  • Muamer Bačevac, president of the board for human and minority rights and gender equality of the Serbian National Assembly

  • Dr Attila Pinter, Hungarian Ambassador in Serbia

  • Prof. dr Dragan Radovanović, President of the Serbian Red Cross

  • Gordana Milovanović, President of the Society Center for Support and Inclusion Help Net

  • Nataša Todorović, psychologist and consultant to the Serbian Red Cross and one of the authors of the publication.

Experiences from the workshop „“ How to produce a short film with a smartphone” were shared by a female representative of the older generation- Ms. Vladanka Miskin and the representative of the younger generation- Miloš Todorović.

The Conference was hybrid in charachter in the sense that participants were partly on Zoom and partly in the Red Cross rooms.

The project brings generations closer with the use of the creative potential of new media and the film arts.
