Improvement of qualifications and employability of hard-to-employ groups

“Improving qualifications and employability of persons belonging to hard-to-employ groups” is a project implemented by the Center for Support and Inclusion HELP NET, supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

The main objective of the project is to support improvement of professional capacities and possibilities for employment of women, single parents, persons with lower qualifications, members of national minorities, returnees, long-term unemployed through provision of information about professional training opportunities for job placement in the area of social protection, accredited by the Republic Institute for Social Protection.

The project contributes to functional connectivity of stakeholders (Republic Institute for Social Protection, holders of accredited training programs for homecare, personal assistant and personal companion of a child services, providers of community-based social services and other stakeholders at the local level) through development of two digital tools. Mobile application, dedicated to interested individuals for development of professional career in the area of social protection, will enable persons belonging to hard-to-employ groups access to accessible, correct and timely information in regards to upcoming training possibilities. The closed information platform used exclusively by the stakeholders will enable direct and efficient exchange of information about interest, successful completion of trainings, certification and opportunities for employment in this field. In the long run, increasing the numbers of associates in social protection will contribute to improvement of the availability, scope and standard of provided services, while also directly creating an impact of improved economic sustainability for persons belonging to hard-to-employ groups.

Project goal:
The proposed project aims to provide employment opportunities for women in the area of social protection through building their professional skills and capacities for provision of the home care service. Help Net is the copyright holder of the program named: “Training program for home caregivers for the provision of Home care service for the elderly and persons living with disabilities” which is accredited by The Republic Institute for Social Protection.
