Conducting research on the needs of informal carers in the Republic of Serbia
The Center for Support and Inclusion Help net, with the support of the Cabinet of the Minister in charge of Demography and Population Policy, conducted a survey on the need for informal carers caring for helpless family members (children, adults and the elderly). Recommendations were developed based on the research results for the development of public policies that would help increase the competencies, knowledge and skills of informal carers on the one hand, and to develop services that would provide support to informal carers, on the other hand.
