The project \u201cRaising competences of hard-to-employ women\u201d is being implemented by the Help Net Center for Support and Inclusion and the Slovak Agency for International Development Cooperation and financially backed by the Government of Slovakia.<\/p>

The proposed project aims to provide employment opportunities for women in the field of social protection by developing their professional skills and capacities for providing home care services. Help Net is the copyright holder of the program titled “Training program for home caregivers for the provision of Home care service for the elderly and persons living with disabilities\u201d, which is accredited by the Republic Institute for Social Protection.<\/p>

The project plan includes two four-day training sessions for acquiring professional skills in providing home care services. The target number of participants is 30 women from hard-to-employ groups in two Belgrade municipalities \u2013 \u010cukarica and Palilula \u2013 which will lead to an improved position for the participants in the labor market and enable them to seek employment in a field with a direct need for qualified professionals. Successful completion of the training program leads to obtaining a valid certificate for working in the social protection field.<\/p>

Over the course of 6 months, the most suitable participants for the training, aged between 20 and 55, with completed primary or secondary education, residing in the two mentioned municipalities, will be identified and selected for the program.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
